Montague Adjusting Company LLC is a small company specializing in Big Service. Our company
was formed in 2006 in Pendleton, OR handling claims in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. In
2011, we expanded our service territory to include Utah, Montana, Wyoming and Colorado.
We also hold a valid Texas All-Lines adjusting license.
At Montague Adjusting Company, we handle each claims assignment with fast, personalized
service, accuracy and professionalism. We adhere to all Fair Claims Handling Practices and
participate actively in continuing education.
We are listed in AM Best's Recommended Insurance Adjusters and are members of the Society
of Claims Law Associates and the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters.
KELLY MONTAGUE - AIC, SCLA - Licensed and handling claims in SE Washington, NE Oregon,
SW Idaho with limited availability in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Montana and Texas.
Ms. Montague has over 20 years experience in handling claims, more than half of that as an
Independent Adjuster. Prior to becoming an Independent Adjuster in 1998, Kelly held
positions with Wausau Insurance Companies, AIG Claim Services, Liberty Mutual Group,
Washington-Oregon Claim Service and Custard Insurance Adjusters.
Kelly's experience ranges from handling an extremely busy high-exposure liability claims desk
while supervising a staff of field investigators to completing vehicle damage appraisals and
property inspections. Her investigation and handling experience is truly multi-line and
includes an extensive variety of high exposure, commercial & personal lines exposures.
Kelly is currently working towards her Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation
through the IIA.
